The Ripple Effect

Sometimes the most powerful impact isn't direct—it's the ripple effect.

AI doesn't have to replace humans. When used thoughtfully, it creates space for human connection. When I automate the repetitive tasks that drain my time and energy, I free myself up to show up for moments like this.

I spent 5 hours at Montreal General Hospital making cards, singing, and bringing smiles to patients starting their new year in hospital beds. I could do this because I've been learning to automate the mundane parts of my life.

The equation is simple: Automation → Freed Time → Meaningful Human Connection → Impact

This is my week one in Montreal. This is what it looks like when you step outside, take action, and use technology not to disconnect, but to create more space for genuine connection.
